SEO built around technical foundations, content and authority

We approach SEO as a long-term process of improving a website and its organic visibility.

We combine technical analysis, content development, link building and performance measurement instead of treating these activities as disconnected tasks.

When SEO makes sense

When can SEO make
the biggest difference?

SEO is particularly valuable when a company has a strong offer and the potential to acquire customers through Google, but its current website is not making full use of that opportunity.

01

Traffic is there, but valuable enquiries are not

The website attracts visitors, but the traffic does not lead them towards the most important services, products or contact with the company.

02

Competitors dominate the results for key services

The company has a competitive offer, but potential customers are more likely to find other businesses first in search results.

03

Technical and structural issues limit the website

The content exists, but indexing, information architecture, internal linking or technical problems make it harder for Google to use it effectively.

04

Previous SEO activities have been fragmented

New content, backlinks and technical changes are being added, but there is no single direction and it is difficult to determine which activities actually contribute to the website’s growth.

Scope of cooperation

What does our SEO work include?

We do not start with a predefined checklist. First, we identify what is limiting the website’s potential. We then focus on the areas that currently have the greatest impact on its ability to grow.

Diagnosis

Analysis

We analyse available data, website structure, visibility of key services, user behaviour and competitor activity.

First, we establish where the real problem is.

Change

Technical SEO

We remove barriers related to indexing, site architecture, internal linking, performance and website functionality.

Content

We develop service pages, categories and resources that address real customer needs. We also improve existing content when it already has potential but is not performing as well as it could.

Strengthening

Authority

We develop the backlink profile and the company’s presence beyond its own website, strengthening the most important parts of the site and its overall credibility.

The number of links alone is not what matters. Their source, quality and relevance to the specific target page matter more.

We do not try to do everything at once. Technical implementation may be the main priority during one period. Later, the focus may shift towards service pages and content, followed by link building or development of another part of the website.

Results rarely come from one isolated improvement. They come from consistently developing the entire organic visibility system.

How we work

What does SEO cooperation look like in practice?

We do not repeat the same list of tasks every month throughout the year. The direction depends on the current condition of the website, the results of previous work and changes taking place within the business.

01

Starting point

We organise the foundations

We begin by collecting data and identifying the most important limitations. For one website, technical improvements may come first. For another, the priority may be restructuring the offer, developing content or improving internal linking.

We start by solving the problems that prevent further growth.

02

Growth

We expand visibility where it matters to the business

Once the foundations are in place, we develop additional parts of the website: services, categories, content and the backlink profile.

Our goal is not to increase the number of ranking keywords just to make a report look better. We focus on topics related to the company’s offer and its ability to reach the right customers.

More traffic matters when it comes from the right searches.

03

Adjusting direction

We measure the results and adapt the strategy

We analyse changes in visibility, traffic, user behaviour and the performance of the most important parts of the website. Based on the data, we decide which areas should be developed further and where a different approach is required.

An SEO plan should not be a document that remains unchanged for twelve months.

SEO works better when decisions do not get stuck between teams

Our side

  • Analysis and setting the direction of SEO work;
  • Preparing recommendations and content;
  • Coordinating implementation;
  • Monitoring and interpreting results.

Your side

  • Knowledge of your offer and customers;
  • Access to the website and relevant data;
  • Efficient decisions and approvals;
  • Keeping us informed about important business changes.

You do not need to understand SEO. What we primarily need is the ability to implement agreed changes and enough information to properly understand your business.

Flexible scope

A scope matched to the current situation

Not every company needs the full range of SEO activities from the first day. We can start with ongoing SEO cooperation, an audit or a specific area where additional support is required.

01

Ongoing SEO cooperation

For websites that require regular technical, content and link development.

The scope changes as the website develops and new priorities emerge.

02

SEO audit and action plan

For companies that first want to understand what needs improvement and in what order the work should be carried out.

An audit can be a standalone project or the starting point for ongoing SEO cooperation.

03

A specific area of support

For companies that need help with a particular area, such as link building, content, SEO consulting or changes to the website.

There is no need to start a complete ongoing SEO project if the issue concerns one clearly defined area.

We do not lock clients into long contracts simply to keep the cooperation running.

Frequently asked questions about SEO

Answers to common questions about timing, pricing, implementation and measuring results.

How long does SEO take?

SEO is a long-term process. The pace of change depends on factors such as domain history, market competition, the technical condition of the website and the ability to implement recommendations. For that reason, we do not promise a specific ranking after a predefined number of months.

What determines the cost of SEO services?

The cost depends on the size of the website, the level of competition, its current condition and the amount of work required from our team. SEO for a local service company is different from a large e-commerce website or a business operating across several markets.

Do you guarantee specific Google rankings?

No. We do not control Google’s algorithms or the actions taken by competitors. What we are responsible for is the quality of our analysis and work, monitoring the results and adapting the strategy when circumstances change.

Does the client have to implement all changes?

Not always. We can implement some changes ourselves or work together with a developer. In other cases, we provide clear recommendations and cooperate with the person responsible for the website on the client’s side.

Can we start with an SEO audit only?

Yes. An SEO audit can be a standalone project, with the client’s team implementing the recommendations. It can also be the first step before deciding on the scope of ongoing SEO work.

How do you report SEO results?

We show the work that has been completed, changes in the most important areas of the website and conclusions based on the available data. We look at organic visibility, traffic and conversions when they can be measured reliably. The report should support better decisions, not simply display the number of keywords ranking in the Top 10.
